What happens after my project launches?

After launch, we provide a 30-day warranty period where any bugs or issues are fixed at no charge. After that, you can choose our recurring monthly support, a monthly retainer, or ad-hoc hourly support.

Do you support projects you did not build?

We can take over recurring support of existing Laravel, PHP, or static HTML/CSS projects. We will review the codebase first to ensure it meets our quality standards before agreeing to support it.

Can I add more hours to my retainer?

Yes. If you need more than your monthly retainer hours, we offer a discounted hourly rate for overage work. You can also upgrade your retainer tier at any time.

How fast do you respond to issues?

Response times depend on your plan. Email support is within 48 hours for monthly support plans, 24 hours for retainers. Critical issues (site down, security breach) receive priority response regardless of plan.

What happens with network monitoring?

We use UniFi Cloud Console to monitor your network 24/7. If we detect an issue — offline devices, high latency, firmware updates available — we investigate and notify you with recommended actions.
